To sail with Northabout through through the Northwest passage has been a good adventure.  Good boat, great international crew, experienced skipper, a happy ship! Thank you!
We were also quite fortunate with the conditions. We had some fast downwind, and rarely strong headwinds that slowed us down. And we were extremely “lucky” with the ice, so much ice-free seas and channels, which makes it possible for us to sail through in two weeks. For hundreds of years all attempts to find and sail through the passage ended with over winterings or shipwrecks and death, or all. And now this.
